This is the massage for all athletes. The therapist will focus on areas of the body that are used too much and impacted by repetitive movement. After addressing these issues your body will feel lighter and more flexible, making you feel more powerful and ready to perform.


Before an activity, your therapist will use dynamic stretching to allow connective tissue to experience a full range of motion to reduce possible injury. After the activity the massage focuses on recovering muscle tissue that may have been impacted by doing a particular sport.

Heavily exercised muscles may lose the capacity to relax which causes them to be tight all the time. This tightness predisposes athletes to muscle injury. This massage helps to reduce the tension in tight muscles making them more elastic and less likely to be damaged or torn.

Most athletes may experience delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS). Through improved blood and lymphatic system circulation, this massage can help alleviate DOMS by removing metabolites and other toxins.
